Direct on the borders of the river Lot, on the charming estate Lesigne,  we have started building, in the autumn of 2007, the luxurious holiday home Villa la Rive. From july 2008 on the Villa is ready for rental. The Villa is suitable for a maximum of 8 persons.

The enclosed estate has a spectacular view over the river and the picturesque village Fongrave on the other side of the river.

The villa has 4 double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, a tastefully antique furnished living room and an open pine kitchen.

In front of the villa there is a spectacular terrace  of 2500 sq.ft.,  in connection with a landing stage. A boat with outboard engine can be used for free for trips on the river or fishing.

The pool 10x3,5 meters is submerged in the terrace.
