Direct on the borders of the river Lot, on the charming estate Lesigne, we have started building, in the autumn of 2007, the luxurious holiday home Villa la Rive. The enclosed estate has a spectacular view over the river and the picturesque village Fongrave on the other side of the river. The villa will have 4 double bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, a tastefully antique furnished living room and an open pine kitchen. In front of the villa a spectacular terrace of 2500 sq.ft. will be realised, in connection with a landing stage. A boat with outboard engine can be used for free for trips on the river or fishing.
